MSM is seeking Workshop Proposals from Montessorians and related field professionals who are doing innovative quality work and are ready to share their expertise during the January 11, 2020 Conference.

Please enter presenter information below. We have provided space for two presenters but if you have additional presenters that should be listed please e-mail the information below to the committee chair, Mary Gale at after you have submitted your proposal.

Abstract of Presentation: Please list the title, concise abstract of your Workshop, and include a listing of three learner outcomes. Please also check off the various styles of presentation you will include to engage your participants. Our surveys suggest that presenters who use a variety of participant engagement styles will promote sharing, active learning and networking opportunities among attendees to your workshop. Please also be clear about the Level of Experience of the Attendees in your write up.

AV Equipment, Furniture Set Up, and Room Capacity
AV: Tech support is provided by Dean College. Workshop spaces are provided with a projector, speakers, and screens. All presenters must provide their own computer and their own cords to connect. Following the Conference Registration and Room Assignments, you will be informed about the type of cord you will need to bring the day of the Conference.

Furniture: All classrooms are equipped with tables and chairs that you may arrange in a configuration that suits your needs. As a Presenter you will have 30-40 minutes in your assigned space prior to the time of your presentation.

Anticipated Number of Registrants: Our registrations fill quickly; most workshops are average 40-50; some have been known to engage 100, we run workshops with no minimum. Please leave a brief comment if your presentation is suited for a type of space or group size. We are not able to guarantee that we can accommodate your request if your workshop is selected, however we will open a dialogue with you if needed. We do our best to accommodate your space and the interest registered for your presentation.
