Oak Meadow School, founded in 1977, is an independent school that serves students from 15-months-old through 8th Grade. Oak Meadow is rooted in Montessori philosophy, serving a diverse community of over 30 towns in the metro-west region.

The Education Director’s responsibilities include:
Develop caring, supportive, respectful, inclusive, trusting relationships with teachers and assistants.
Oversee the Learning Team in the articulation of overall educational goals, program goals, course objectives, materials, methods, and means of assessment.
Maintain congruence between the school’s board-approved Mission statement, Vision statement, North Star, and Strategy Roadmap across all educational programs.
Act as the educational leader of all program levels and special subjects.
