Description

Mighty Oaks Montessori School is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Montessori method, experience working with children aged 2-6 years old, and a commitment to creating a nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Montessori certification from a recognized training center. At least 3 years of experience teaching in a Montessori environment. Experience working with children aged 2-6 years old. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families. Passion for promoting the development of the whole child, including social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
