Description

Wellan Montessori School is seeking an Beginners (15 mos - 3 years old) Teacher to fill a teaching position in the 2023-2024 school year. Beginners (Toddler) Teachers will assist with all aspects of classroom operation, including planning/implementing curriculum and communicating with families, while working with co-classroom teachers to ensure classroom standards are met consistently. The Beginners Teacher must excel at preparing the environment, taking shared responsibility for creating and maintaining an orderly, safe, and appropriately challenging learning environment for children in the class.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or beyond in related field. EEC Teacher Certification (or equivalent). Montessori certification for ages 15 months - 3 years or in training / willingness to undertake training. Experience working in a Montessori classroom.
