Description

Wellan Montessori School is seeking an experienced educator to support our Beginner (ages 15 months - 3 years), and/or Primary (ages 3 - 6 years) classrooms and After School Programs. This short-term, full time position is available immediately with the possibility to continue in the 2023-2024 academic school year. Responsibilities include: planning age appropriate curriculum and activities, maintaining classroom spaces, and implementing strict health and safety protocols. This teacher must excel at taking shared responsibility for creating and maintaining an orderly, safe, and appropriately challenging learning environment for children.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant experience required. Experience working with young children required. Experience working in a Montessori environment preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.
