CFMS is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Teacher with an understanding of the Montessori philosophy for our 2023-24 school year. Candidates should be dedicated, nurturing, friendly and able to work cooperatively with our team. CFMS is a small, family-owned private school licensed for 30 students. We offer a fun, supportive and collaborative environment. Our guides take pride in the care and quality of education we provide to our students.

Qualifications

Montessori Certification by a MACTE accredited training program and EEC Certification are required. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Montessori preschool classroom is strongly recommended and a degree or background in Early Childhood is preferred.

Benefits

This is a full-time (M-F, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.), 10-month, salaried Lead Teacher position that starts at the end of August. The salary is competitive and commensurate with credentials and experience. We also offer ongoing professional development, paid time off, holidays and vacation time.
