Description

Inly School seeks an experienced, Montessori credentialed, Children’s House Lead Teacher to team-teach in a multi-age environment (3 years old - Kindergarten) beginning in August, 2024.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience Montessori Credentials required Minimum three years experience Desire to collaborate and contribute to a progressive school environment An understanding of Montessori philosophy and pedagogy, as well as an interest in current educational research and innovative practices (Montessori training available for qualified candidates) A demonstrated ability to embrace multicultural perspectives with experience building an inclusive environment and a commitment to anti-bias teaching practices.
