Description

Inly School seeks an experienced, Toddler House Assistant Teacher to team-teach in a multi-age environment (18 months–2.9 years) beginning in August, 2024.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience Bachelor's Degree Montessori experience is a plus Desire to collaborate and contribute to a progressive school environment An understanding of Montessori philosophy and pedagogy, as well as an interest in current educational research and innovative practices (Montessori training available for qualified candidates) A demonstrated ability to embrace multicultural perspectives with experience building an inclusive environment and a commitment to anti-bias teaching practices.
