Children's Own School, the oldest operating Montessori school in the Northeast, is looking for a Primary Lead Teacher. Are you passionate about fostering a love of learning in a creative, supportive environment—come join our dedicated team of educators! We work collaboratively to support every child on their learning journey incorporating AMI classroom practice. Our four spacious primary classrooms are well-resourced to help provide an ideal Montessori learning environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess an AMI (3-6) Certification—also open to AMS candidates; be a flexible thinker who is able to work collaboratively with respect for all to foster a supportive learning community. Ideally, candidate will be MA EEC Certified (or equivalent) and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to work and contribute positively as part of a team.
