Description

Lead a classroom of up to 15 children, fostering a calm, engaging, and inspiring Montessori environment. Plan, prepare, and deliver hands-on activities that promote active learning and align with Montessori principles. Create meaningful learning opportunities that support every child’s cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development. Develop strong, trusting relationships with children and families, communicating regularly to support each child’s individual growth. Provide guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a special kind of teacher—someone who brings creativity, empathy, and expertise to the classroom. Our ideal candidate will: Be passionate about Montessori education and early childhood development. Have a deep understanding of the unique needs and potential of preschool children. Hold a Montessori teaching certification (AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited). Be certified or willing to obtain certification through the MA EEC as a Lead Teacher. Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration with families and colleagues. Bring a warm, patient, and enthusiastic presence to the classroom.
