Description
Montessori Escuela is seeking a responsible, motivated and nurturing individual to work in a warm, fun-loving Montessori environment. Responsibilities include working with the co-lead guide in preparing the classroom, provide Montessori lesson presentations, maintain student observations of lessons, parent interactions, verbally assist students with snack & lunch cleanup, outdoor recess and assist first year children with nap. The classroom is English/Spanish speaking but Spanish language skills are not necessary since your co-lead already speaks Spanish. Previous experience working with young children and an understanding of Montessori Philosophy and principles is welcomed.
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC teacher qualifications (we can assist with this process if you hold a Montessori credential)
- Montessori Credential
- Experience working with children age 2.9 months-6 years old children
- Fluency in Spanish welcome
