Sandwich Montessori School is looking for a kind, caring, Montessori-certified teacher with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a Teacher Leader in our combined Elementary Class which includes students from 6 - 12 years old. At Sandwich Montessori School, we are guided by the ideals of Montessori , focusing on literacy, strategic thinking, and outdoor learning. An exciting journey to build our elementary program.

This role is not a traditional Lead Teacher role; it is about being an excellent teacher and a proactive leader who takes initiative, drives school growth, and supports a culture of excellence. You’ll help develop and deliver outstanding Montessori learning experience for everyone.
