Position: Infant Toddler Director (‘25-’26 School Year- Starts July 1, 2025) Reports to: The Head of School Hours: Full-Time, Exempt Description: Harborlight Montessori is seeking a compassionate, organized, and joyful leader to serve as our Infant Toddler Director. We are looking for a skilled communicator with adults and children, someone who approaches their work with empathy, flexibility, and professionalism. Qualifications

Ideal leaders will reflect: A commitment to Montessori philosophy, with Montessori credentials. A commitment to building a diverse and inclusive community of teachers, students and families. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Qualities of a dynamic school leader: Flexible Organized Compassionate/Empathetic High standards of professionalism Approachable Team building skills Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree or higher preferred. Experience in school leadership. At least 5 years of teaching in an IT Montessori environment
