Description

We are seeking a full-time Director of Admissions & Family Engagement to lead enrollment management and retention efforts at our Montessori school, which serves children from 3 months through the eighth grade. The ideal candidate will be warm, engaging, energetic, and able to act as a host, educator, and counselor to prospective families. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively represent and promote the school’s Montessori mission and philosophy. This position offers an opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the school community by connecting with families and fostering their journey in Montessori education.

Qualifications

A 4-year degree is preferred; Experience in admissions, ideally Montessori Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful connections with families. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead, structure, and implement a comprehensive admissions and re-enrollment process. Strong interest in Montessori education and its values. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
