Qualifications

Master's Degree Minimum five years of teaching experience (preferably in grades 4–8) with a minimum of three years of leadership or managerial experience An eagerness to embrace multicultural perspectives with experience building an inclusive environment and a commitment to anti-bias teaching practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in building and maintaining strong teams Demonstrated experience in Project Based Learning Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve Understanding of differentiated and developmentally based models of teaching and learning (Montessori a plus, but not required) Understanding of new educational models
