CFMS is a nurturing and vibrant Christian preschool dedicated to providing quality early childhood education rooted in love, faith, and Montessori principles. We are excited to announce the expansion of our programs to include a Toddler Program for Fall 2024, and we are seeking passionate educators to join us in this new venture. Position Overview We are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to help us establish and lead our new Toddler Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Montessori philosophy and methodology, as well as a commitment to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for our youngest learners.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (required for Lead Teacher) in Early Childhood Education or related field - EEC Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher certification - Infant/Toddler Montessori certification from AMS/AMI accredited training center or at least 3 years of Lead Montessori Teacher experience - Clear CORI & MA Fingerprinting - Minimum of 2 years prior experience working with toddlers in a Montessori or early childhood education setting - Passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of child development principles - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Alignment with the Christian values and mission of our preschool
