Oak Meadow Montessori School in Littleton, MA, is a private independent school serving students from 15 months through 8th grade. We are looking for a dynamic Toddler Assistant teacher for our Beginners program (15 months - 3 years) for the 24-25 school year. The ideal candidate: ● Has a commitment and dedication to multi-age learning environments and Montessori philosophy ● Is committed to professional development and best practices in education ● Is outgoing, personable, and compassionate ● Demonstrates a high level of organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills ● Is flexible, imaginative, creative, and able to plan and problem-solve effectively

Qualifications

Experience and Expectations ● Teaching experience with toddlers preferred ● Experience differentiating instruction to meet the needs of each child ● Ability to work collaboratively with faculty to enhance curriculum and community ● Excellent communication skills with parents
