Kindernest Montessori is seeking a passionate and creative Early Childhood Art Teacher specializing in emergent, process-focused art education. The ideal candidate will inspire young children through hands-on, exploratory art experiences that foster creativity and self-expression. Key Responsibilities: •Develop and implement an emergent, process-focused art curriculum for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. •Create and maintain engaging and age-appropriate art activities that encourage exploration and creativity. •Document children's artistic processes and progress through the creation of documentation boards. •Organize and present two art shows or displays per school year.

Qualifications

•Experience in early childhood art education, with a focus on emergent and process art. •Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create age-appropriate art experiences. Familiarity with Montessori education is preferred. •Excellent organizational and documentation skills. •Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators. •Passion for fostering creativity and self-expression in young children. •Bachelor’s degree required in studio art, art education, or related field.
